KC Holmes is a 4th Dan black belt in the Kwon, Jae Hwa Traditional Tae Kwon-Do system. She began as a student of James and Virginia Hamrick who now own the International Black Belt Tae Kwon-Do Center in Charlottesville, Virginia when their Tampa school was located and operated out of their two car garage. Now, 21 years later she has been part of numerous international competitions and seminars. She frequently flies to New York to continue studying, learning, and developing the techniques of Grandmaster Kwon.

In 1999 KC moved to Miami and open her own Kwon, Jae Hwa Tae Kwon-Do school. Located on Biscayne Boulevard in Upper East Side Miami the school has grown to a class of over 100 students. It is KC's dream to spread Master Kwon's teachings throughout south Florida.
